Apartment shopping

went to look @ a few apartments last sun wif parents. Interesting to look @ the deco and get inspirations and ideas. Updated my long list of stuff i wan in my new room to the right. Anyway, lookin to invest now in apartment so that in future i can either
1) sell
2) rent out
3) move in if i'm married..

k need help on point 3) .. anybody ? :P
